Fidelis Care New Jersey is a Medicaid managed care organization participating in NJ FamilyCare. Children under 21 enrolled through Fidelis Care NJ with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis are covered for ABA therapy under the EPSDT benefit, which requires Medicaid plans to cover all medically necessary services for children.
